Design & Build
Our design/contracts team has over 30 years experience in the design and build of M&E services within all types of commercial and industrial buildings. For example, Royal Navy Portsmouth, DEFRA Guildford, RNLI Cowes. Our skills range from conception of the design through to completion of the works, including the management of the construction works, and if required, the actual installation works being carried out by our skilled in house tradesmen. All of the design team members are qualified within the Building Services Industry and take regular update courses to keep abreast of current standards and modern working methods. Our in house control team design/build HVAC control panels to our clients’ requirements, plus advising on energy saving methods which can be incorporated within the project. All panels are built to the standards laid down by the ECA and we are a member of the ECA Control Systems.
We pride ourselves in meticulous planning, with the aid of the latest in computer aided design packages (CAD) and can offer our customers fully co-ordinated systems with their particular building requirements.
